Process

The line will be disconnected if balances are unpaid for 2 months. If the customer applies for reconnection, the customer needs to visit the Service Center and pay the balance. After that, the job order for reconnection will be created by Customer Service Representatives. Note that there is no "Reconnection Fee".

Requirements

1. Pay the balance.
2. Sign a waiver.
