2. How to Register / Create an Account on Web
If you don't have an existing MobileAP profile yet, you can set it up entirely from your browser by preparing a recent bill from your utility provider (e.g., Cotabato Light, VECO, Davao Light).
1.Access the Sign-Up Screen:

Navigate to the MobileAP Web Login Page and click the Register or Sign Up link located below the login fields.
2.Fill Out Your Profile:
Step 2.
Input your basic information, including your full name, a valid email address, and your active mobile number. Create a secure password, check the box to accept the Data Privacy Terms, and click Submit.
3.Verify Your Account:
Step 3.
Open your email inbox in a separate tab. Look for the system email from MobileAP containing your validation link or One-Time Password (OTP). Enter the code on the web portal page to verify your identity.
4.Link Your Utility Account:
Step 4.
Once logged in, click the Add Account or Tag Account button on the dashboard interface. Select your distribution utility (e.g., Cotabato Light) from the dropdown options.
5.Validate via Account Details:
Step 5.
Enter your Account Number exactly as written on your paper bill. To verify ownership securely under data privacy rules, the system will prompt you to input either your exact kWh consumption or the exact payment amount from one of your last 3 billing statements. Click save to finish.

The web version mirrors the primary functionalities of the smartphone application, optimized for larger computer screens:
Multi-Account Dashboard: Manage and toggle between multiple linked properties or commercial electric accounts side-by-side on a clean dashboard interface.
Full Bill PDF Downloads: Access and download a complete archival history of your last 13 billing statements as printable PDF files—ideal for keeping physical accounting records or business expense filing.
Energy Consumption Analysis: View wide-angle graphical charts that visualize your electricity spending trends and month-to-month kilowatt-hour usage over the past year.
Online Bills Payment: Settle bills securely by routing through integrated online payment gateways, using partner internet banking services (such as UnionBank, BPI, or RCBC), e-wallets, or standardized QR Ph options.
Paperless Settings Management: Quickly toggle your account enrollment to "Go Paperless" to permanently swap out your physically mailed paper bills for immediate digital delivery.
